Safety
In this chapter you will receive important safety information regarding
the handling of the appliance. Incorrect usage can, however, lead to
personal and property damage.
Basic safety instructions
For safe handling of the appliance observe the following safety
information:
Before use, check the appliance for signs of visible

external damage. Do not put into operation an
appliance that is damaged or has been dropped.
There is also a risk of personal injury!
This appliance may be used by children of the age

of 8 years or more and by persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of
experience and knowledge if they are supervised
or, in regard to the safe use of the appliance, have
been instructed in its use and understand the poten-
tial risks. Children must not play with the appliance.
Children should not carry out cleaning and user
maintenance tasks without supervision.
Operate the appliance only with the supplied

power adapter.
The appliance and mains adapter may only

be used in dry interior rooms.
Place the appliance only on flat surfaces, so that a

tipping over is excluded.
