Fry Function
This function is used to fry steaks and other meat.
Press the button Special function (5) and select the "Fry"
function.
The display lights up, with the preset stage 6.
You can change the stage with the + / - Keys (2) or the
Slider (6).
Keep Warm funvtion:
You can use this function to keep food warm.
Press the button Special function (5) and select the "Keep warm"
function.
After selecting the power level, select the timer button (3).
With the + / - keys (2), you can now select the operating time in
1-minute intervals (up to max. 3 hours).
Once the time is up, an acoustic signal sounds and the device
automatically goes into shut down mode.
The preset time of the timer in each power level is 2 minutes.
Please note
► During timer operation, you can change the duration at any
time with the + / - keys (2). With the memory function of the
device, the power stage remain unchanged here.
► During the cooking process the power level and timer can be
readjusted as you wish.
To reach the desired temperature very fast, press directly
Booster (4), after selecting the power level. Within the next
30 seconds additional booster power is reached. Afterwards
the hob switches back to the pre-selected power level.
For de-activation of booster press again Booster (4) and
the hob switches back to the pre-selected power level.
