Installation and operation
Please refer to fi gure above and setup guide below:
1. Remove the cap cover from the top of the lens mount.
2. Screw the lens into the lens mount.
3. Connect the video output (10) to the monitor or other video device through a 75 Ohms type coaxial cable.
4. Connect the power source (7), AC with the power cord, or DC by using the DC Jack
(+12V DC is in the center of the jack plug), then the LED indicator will lit.
5. Once the picture appears on the monitor, adjust the focus and iris of the lens to obtain the best picture.
6. When the subject is not in focus after adjusting the focus of the lens, adjust the back focus as follows:
• Set the lens focus ring to infi nity (∞).
• Take picture of the subject at a distance more than 20M away.
• Loosen the screw securing the lens mount (use L-wrench).
• Turn the lens and secure it to the lens mount so that the subject is in focus and the picture is clear.
• Tighten the screw securing the lens mount (2).
7. Fixe o suporte de fi xação no orifício (1) na parte superior ou inferior da câmara, utilizando o bloco de fi xação
integrado de 8 mm, fornecido com 2 parafusos.
8. Função da íris automática
• Quando utilizar uma lente com íris automática, o SW1 (9) deve estar na posição "AI/MI" para desactivar a função AES.
Antes de ligar a miniatura de 4 pinos integrada ao conector da íris automática (4), verifi que o tipo de lente com íris
automática utilizado e também a compatibilidade nas polaridades.
• Quando utilizar a lente DC com íris automática (ou unidade directa), o interruptor (5) deve estar na posição "DC Drive".
Ajuste o VR (6) ao nível adequado.
• Quando é utilizada a lente de vídeo com íris automática, o interruptor (5) deve estar na posição "Video DR".
• Quando utiliza a lente com íris manual, o interruptor SW1 (9) possibilita a selecção dependendo do ambiente de
aplicação.
9. Quando utiliza a função BLC (compensação de luz de fundo), o interruptor SW2 (8) deve estar na posição "BLC".
