Pump Cleaning
1. Remove the faceplate. You may need to use a
fingernail or another slim object to pry it off.
2. Remove the yellow, teardrop-shaped intake plate
by pulling the small tab away from the pump.
3. Remove the impeller (white, 3-bladed propeller)
by holding one of the blades and pulling it
out of the pump. The impeller is held in place
magnetically and you will experience a slight
resistance when removing this piece. Clean the
pump parts with warm water and soap, rinse well,
then reassemble.
