4. Remove fascia support plastic brackets- Use Philips head screwdriver to
remove (3) screws from three center plastic brackets and remove the
brackets from vehicle. Return the brackets to vehicle owner.
6. Tighten all M10x1.25x40 CL10.9 fasteners with torque wrench to 71 ft -lb (96 N*m).
7. Trim lower fascia – Using a tape measure, marker, and utility knife, measure, mark, and trim the lower fascia. See Figure 2.

5. Install hitch – Raise hitch into position. Using fastener kit hardware, loosely
install the M10 bolts and conical toothed washers as shown. See Figure 1.
NOTE: It may be necessary to clean debris from existing weldnuts in frame
using a wire brush or compressed air.
Proper torque is needed to keep the hitch secure to the vehicle when towing.
