INSTALLATION OF THE INTEGRATED LOOK 1.5" – 1"1/8' HEADSET
Special features of the headset
and the frame :
The headset that comes with the frame
is of integrated conical type, the 1.5"
sealed bearing cartridge is installed
below the head tube, the 1"1/8' sealed
bearing cartridge above.
Two fork cones are included to be able
to install conical pivot forks as well as
1"1/8' constant pivot forks.

Check before installation

Check that the pressure areas of rolling
bearings are clean and exempt of paint.
Pre-assemble the components in the upper
tube in the order indicated in the drawing
below.
Pre-assemble the components in the lower
tube. Check that there is enough clearance
between the tube and the fork, so that it
rotates freely.
The rolling bearings must be mounted in the
tube with little or no resistance.
