POTENTIAL CAUSE
• Electric circuit breaker is down
or unit is not connected to a
working outlet.
• Hose might be bent or kinked
blocking the steam flow during
operation.
• You are not steaming in an
upright position.
• The nozzle is damaged.
• Hose is not tightly attached.
• Sealing ring is damaged.
• Water tank is broken/cracked or
has a hole.
• Low pressure is being
generated due to low voltage.
• Water tube is clogged.
• Steam generator is broken.
• Some electronic component
may be broken.

SOLUTION
• Make sure unit is properly plugged in to
a working outlet.
• If unit still does not work, take it to the
nearest Authorized Oster
Center for examination and repair.
• Straighten hose and let steam flow back
freely.
• Ensure to use the nozzle in an upright
position.
• Take unit to an Authorized Oster
Service Center to have the nozzle
replaced.
• Screw in connector tightly to the hose
receptacle.
• Take unit to an Authorized Oster
Service Center to replace the sealing
ring.
• Take unit to an Authorized Oster
Service Center to replace the water tank
for a new one.
• Clean up the deposits.
• Check electric circuit.
• Clean up the deposits.
• Take unit to an Authorized Oster
Service Center for examination and
repair.
