2. General description

A temporary, reliable skeletal anchorage option is created for orthodontic treatment
with the aid of an endosteally anchored mini-implant (tomas
abutment / tomas -transfer cap / tomas

indications. With these abutments and laboratory elements as well as further Dentaurum
components that are not included in the scope of delivery (see www.dentaurum.com)
various orthodontic appliances can be fabricated, e.g. for skeletal anchored distalization,
mesialization, intrusion, rapid palatal expansion.
