ELECTRICAL SAFETY :

- The RCCB must be used correctly,
including testing it regularly. For
tools supplied with an integral
RCCB in the cable or in the mains
plug, if the cable or plug has been
damaged, repairs must be carried
out by the manufacturer, one of his
agents or by a qualified repair
workshop to avoid any risks resul-
ting from errors.

Mounting methods
Using expanding plugs and screws
This can only be used if the material
being drilled has the mechanical
strength required to hold the plug.
Phase 1: Installation of an expandable plug (Fig.5)
Phase 2: Fixing of the drill on the support (Fig.6)
Phase 3: Fixing of the motor on the drill's carriage
(Fig.4) and (Fig.7)
Phase 4: Fixing of the drill bit on the motor shaft
(Fig.8)
By shoring up (the column or the base) (Fig.9)
Place the beam at the base of the column and
tighten using the jack (Fig.9).
Only to be used on vertical drills
towards the bottom.

Using the optional suction base
Horizontal drilling only with a suction
plate.
Maximum vertical drilling diameter :
With suction foot: 120mm. (Fig.10)
With suction plate: 200mm.(optional)

Starting
Always take care.
Before use, remove the spanners
and adjustment tools from the base
or the borer.
Get into a comfortable, balanced
position.
When boring walls, floors or anywhe-
re where there may be buried
conductors, DO NOT TOUCH THE
METALLIC PARTS OF THE MACHINE.
Hold the machine by the plastic handles which
will avoid indirect contact with live conductors
which might be drilled.
