WARNING! Before use, wash all parts which will come into
contact with food.
WARNING! Handle the grating drum with the utmost care to
prevent injuries.
• Unpack the appliance and remove any inserts or adhesive labels from the product.
• Thoroughly wash the removable parts: hopper, roller, roller knob, cheese container and its cover by
hand, using hot water and washing-up liquid, or in the dishwasher.
• If you use a dishwasher, make sure the water temperature is no higher than 55°C.
• Dry well.
Do not exceed the quantities indicated:
Parmesan cheese
Almonds
Hazelnuts
Walnuts
Dry bread
Parmesan cheese
Mature pecorino cheese
Pistachios
• Insert the roller knob on the roller until you hear a "click".
• Insert the roller in the hopper, then rotate it anti-clockwise until you hear a "click" [Fig B].
• Insert the hopper and roller assembly in the hopper coupling [Fig C], then rotate it anti-clockwise until
it's locked in position [Fig D].
• Insert the cheese container in its seat and push it fully down [Fig E].
