WARNING! Always disconnect the appliance from the socket

not to damage its non stick-coating.

Clean the accessories according to the instructions in the "Cleaning before first use" chapter.
• Wipe the motor unit with a dampened and thoroughly squeezed out sponge.
• Dry with a dry cloth.
If one of the following problems occurs, adopt the solution indicated:
Problems
The grater doesn't work.
The grater stops during use.
The grater doesn't work because there is too
much cheese in the hopper.
The cheese is not finely grated.
The packaging of the appliance is made of recyclable materials. Dispose of the packaging in
accordance with the environmental protection regulations.
Pursuant to Directive 2012/19/EU on waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE), the
crossed bin symbol on the appliance or its packaging indicates that the appliance must be
disposed of separately from other waste at the end of its useful life.
The user must therefore take the appliance to an appropriate recycling centre for electrical and
electronic equipment. Alternatively, instead of handling the disposal, the user can hand over the
appliance to the retailer when a new, equivalent one is purchased.

Solutions
The cheese container isn't pushed fully down in
its seat [Fig E].
If a piece of cheese gets caught between
the roller and hopper during use, switch the
appliance off by turning the on/off command to
"0". Open the presser and carefully remove the
piece of cheese.
Remove cheese from the hopper until you reach
the point where the grater starts working when
the presser is lowered.
Leave the cheese to dry out for a few hours
before grating it.
Avoid exerting too much pressure on the presser
during use.
