ASSEMBLY ACCESSORIES - FIGURE B
Your hand vac may be supplied with some of the
following accessories:
•
A brush tool

for ONLY furniture and stairs.
•
A crevice tool

for confined spaces.
Fitting
•
Insert the appropriate accessory into the front of the
appliance as show in Figure B.
•
Make sure the accessory is fully pushed in.

OPERATION
NOTE: Make sure that your 12 Volt accessory socket is live.
On some vehicles the accessory socket may only become
live when the ignition key is in the accessory position.
CONNECTING TO THE VEHICLE'S POWER

Make sure that the appliance is switched OFF prior to
connecting to your vehicle.
•
Connect the 12V DC vehicle adapter

OPTIMIZING THE SUCTION FORCE
In order to keep the suction force optimised, the filter must
be cleared regularly during use.

WARNING:
The filter is reusable and
should be cleaned regularly.

Rotate the dust bowl

counter-clockwise as
shown in Figure E and remove from the handle
of the unit.

While holding the dust bowl over a bin or sink, pull
out the filter

to empty the contents as shown
in Figure F.
•
To replace the dust bowl, place it back onto the
handle and rotate clockwise until it locks firmly
into position.
WARNING:
Never use the appliance
without the filter. Optimum dust collection will only be
achieved with a clean filter.
