Surface Mount:
5.) Wire the fixture according to the diagram above.
6.) Lift the fixture and slide it back into place so that it aligns with the surface mount plate (See Fig. 6).
7.) Secure the fixture and surface mount plate together using the screw that was removed in step 1
(See Fig. 7).
