• Check that the plug has been inserted correctly into the outlet and that the power switch is in the ON (I) position.
• Espresso maker is in power-saving mode. Press espresso or lungo button.
Espresso is not
• The capsule inserted may be faulty. Try again with a new capsule.

• No water in the water reservoir. Fill water reservoir with clean water.
• Unit is preheating. Wait for the espresso and lungo buttons to turn solid.
