Disassemble the Faucet
CAUTION: Risk of product damage. Use care to avoid
scratching or chipping the ceramic faucet. Tools or other hard
materials contacting the glazed finish can damage the faucet.
Turn off the water supplies.
If applicable, remove the trim ring.
Grasp the handle skirt firmly. Lift and wiggle it simultaneously to
pull it free of the faucet.
Rotate the handle until the setscrew is exposed.
Loosen the setscrew using a 3/32" hex wrench and remove the
handle.
Move the valve stem forward until it points straight up.
Using a 1-1/8" socket wrench, carefully turn the valve cover
counterclockwise and remove.
Remove the valve.
