Do not connect the plug to a mains outlet with wet hands.
To keep your children safe, do not leave any parts of the packaging readily
accessible (e.g. plastic bags, cardboard boxes, polystyrene inserts, etc.).

Always turn off the appliance first before unplugging the power cord from the
mains outlet.
Periodically inspect the power cord for damage.
The ice cube maker makes ice cubes from water. Do not use the ice cube maker
for freezing food products or other beverages, otherwise this appliance could
be damaged.
Do not keep or handle gasoline or other flammable substances near the ice cube
maker. Do not use the ice cube maker if there is a flammable gas leak. Fire hazard!
Do not move the ice cube maker when it is turned on, otherwise the refriger-
ating system might fail.
Do not try to repair the appliance on your own. Always contact an Authorized
Service agent. If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the man-
ufacturer, its Authorized Service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to
avoid hazards.
WARNING: Use clean potable water with the ice cube maker only.
WARNING: Do not cover or obstruct the ventilation openings in the
appliance housing or inside the appliance.
WARNING: Do not use any mechanical tools or agents not recom-
mended by the manufacturer to speed up the defrosting process.
WARNING: Prevent damage of the refrigerant circuit.
WARNING: Do not touch the evaporator unit when making ice. Haz-
ard of injury!
Place the appliance in a dry and well-ventilated area. The appliance is intend-
ed for operation within the ambient temperature range specified below,
depending on the climate class shown on the nameplate. The appliance
may malfunction if kept outside the specified ambient temperature range
for a long time.
