PROBLEM
The WORK indicator does

POSSIBLE CAUSE
1. The mains power is not present.
1. The ice cube bucket is full.
2. The low temperature protection has
been tripped (which happens below
an ambient temperature of 5°C).
1. There is not enough water.
1. The ice making box is in an incorrect
position.
1. The ventilation holes are obstructed.
2. The water temperature is too high.
3. The ambient temperature
temperature is too high.
4. The refrigerant is leaking.
5. The water pump has air bubbles.
1. The fan or the pump is obstructed.

SOLUTION
1a. Check the mains ratings.
1b. Make sure that the power cord is properly plugged in
and connected to the ice cube maker.
1c. Possible failure of internal components. Contact an
Authorized Service agent.
1. The ice cube maker resumed processing once the ice
cube bucket was emptied and installed.
2. Move the ice cube maker to a warmer place where the
ambient temperature is above 10°C.
1a. Add potable water and press the ON/OFF switch to
clear the fault.
1b. Possible failure of the water supply system or its
components. Contact an Authorized Service agent.
1a. Make sure that there are no foreign objects in the box.
1b. Possible failure of internal components. Contact an
Authorized Service agent.
1. Clean the ventilation holes.
2. Fill with water at the room temperature.
3. Move the ice cube maker to a cooler place.
4. Possible failure of the refrigerating system. Contact an
Authorized Service agent.
5. Remove the water drain plug (9) to drain off appox. 50
ml of water to vent the system.
1a. Place the ice cube maker in a correct place and
position.
1b. Contact an Authorized Service agent.
