Auxiliary functions
Monitor button

The Monitor feature serves to open or close the squelch, for hearing signals that are too weak to maintain squelch open
permanently.
Press and hold the Monitor button to activate this function, which can be very useful when you wish to adjust the volume
level or when you need to receive a weak signal. It can also be useful for hearing weak signals that are usually eliminated by
squelch.
Noise reduction (squelch)

The squelch function suppresses the noise from the speaker when there is no signal (i.e.: squelch cuts off the speaker). This
function eliminates noise on the free channels and makes it possible to receive even weak signals.
When the squelch function is activated, you can hear the background noise of the speaker. When it is turned off, there will be
no noise.
Scan function
●
Use the scan function to automatically monitor the different radio channels.
Scan mode is activated when you set your channel selector to channel 16. This mode scans channels 1 to 15. The LED
starts to flash green after several seconds.
● Voice announcement
The channel number and device start-up are programmed in English.
Power saving
●
If the device is not sending or receiving any signal, the power-saving mode is activated after a period of 5 seconds of
inactivity. When a signal is transmitted or received, the mode is automatically cancelled.
Low battery warning
●
A voice message announces when the battery needs to be charged or replaced.

For any repairs, the NUM'AXES after-sales service requires in every case:

If you fail to provide either of these items, NUM'AXES after-sales will charge you for the repair.
A flat-rate sum of €25 (incl. VAT) will be charged in the event of an unjustified return to after-sales.
Warranty
NUM'AXES guarantees the product against all manufacturing defects for two years after purchase.
Return transport costs for the product are borne by the purchaser.
