b. Tighten the torque adjustment ring security until it comes into close contact with the
lock nut. To prevent position deviation of the torque adjustment ring, tighten the lock
nut firmly.
Do not use the tool with the lock nut removed or tightened at the torque exceeding the
tick mark label of "9".
c. The relationship between torque tick mark labels and output torque is as shown in the
following torque diagrams:
The tick mark labels do not represent torque values of the tool. Use the tables below as
a guide to obtain appropriate tightening torque as the torque varies, depending on the
type, size and material type of a screw, and the material type of its counterpart.
d. There are two types of clutch springs. The tool is shipped with the high torque spring
installed. Select the appropriate spring for your application. The spring can be easily
replaced by removing the torque adjustment ring at the end of the tool.

degreased and parts be separated by material so that they can be recycled.
