7. Cleaning and Care
Disconnect the plug of the appliance from the mains socket before cleaning.
Never immerse the base unit along with the motor in water!
Never use scouring or aggressive cleaning agents to clean the appliance. We
recommend you to clean the juicer after each use.
First dismantle the appliance. Follow these steps:
① Release the locking latch (6) on both sides of the appliance.
② Remove the transparent lid (10) of the appliance.
③ Then remove the strainer (3) and the integrated waste container (4). Please
note that leftover fruits and vegetables may still be present. Proceed carefully.
Empty the waste container.
Clean the base unit with a slightly dampened cloth.
• The other components of the appliance can be cleaned with water and a mild
cleaning agent.
• Clean the stainer with a brush having fine soft bristles.
• Allow the parts to dry adequately before assembling the appliance again.
Note: Reassemble the appliance after cleaning. When assembling, please ensure
that the correct sequence (starting from 1 to 9) is followed, as shown in Figure 1.
Make sure that the strainer (3) locks properly before placing the lid (10) on the
appliance.
Store the juicer with the lid in place to protect the components from dust. Store
the appliance in the original packaging, if you do not want to use it for a long
period.
