Note!
o In too cold/warm an environment the recharging device will suppress the charging current to
standby level, so the battery will not be charged.
o A new battery or a battery stored for a longer period may not function stably, which will
terminate the recharging prematurely. Monitor the green signal light during the first few
rechargings and initiate the recharging several times if needed.
o Never recharge in a potentially explosive environment!
o Discarded batteries are hazardous waste. Make sure that they are disposed of according to
waste treatment regulations.
o When not in use, prevent over-discharge of battery by keeping the blower device always
on recharge. Overcharging of battery is automatically prevented.
5.3 Recharging
Connect the recharging device to the main power supply (220-240 V/ 50 Hz).
When not connected to the blower device, the signal lights (red nor green) will
not start burning.
Open the protective plug of the blower's recharging connector. Push the recharging plug into the
recharging connector and turn the plug slightly clockwise until it sits fast, otherwise the battery will
not be charged. The charging will start automatically. The red signal light blinks for a while
(=battery contact test).
Throughout the recharging, the recharging device's red signal light remains on. The time needed
depends on the battery status. Recharging is complete when the red signal light goes out, and the
green signal light starts burning and stays on (standby level).
The recharging plug will come off when you pull the locking and simultaneously turn the plug
counter-clockwise. Close the protective plug, too.

6 Display and buzzer
The blower device contains a display which indicates the battery status
and the fan motor power.
6.1 Symbol A (green) = battery status
The display shows A9 when the battery is fully charged, and A0 when the battery is empty. For low
battery the device gives a warning sound and A0 will start blinking on the display, after which the
air flow will deminish under the minimum flow rate. After the warning the blower device will operate
another 5 - 10 minutes.
