This section describes some frequently asked questions or malfunctions you may
encounter during the course of using this Digital-to-Analog Converter Box.

Solutions
Check to make sure the power cord is plugged in securely to
the wall outlet and is without damage.
Check if the power cable is connected properly.
Make sure that the power is ON.
Make sure that the both ends of the AV cable are connected
properly.
Make sure your antenna is connected and is without damage.
The local signal is weak. Install the antenna at a location (e.g.
outside the window or on the rooftop) with better reception.
Press VOL to turn up the volume.
Press MUTE to cancel the mute.
