How to Scrape
Rest the blade edge on the surface to be removed;
linoleum, tile, foam, etc.. Tilt the tool forward, press the
trigger switch, advancing the tool to remove the material.
Each section or row of material will have a width of 6 to
9" depending on the blade size used.
Scraping will be easier if you angle the tool at the correct
angle and progress as per the tool performance. The
results obtained will help you determine the best
operation angle. Move forward as fast as the tool action
allows.
To scrape the floor of large rooms, such as; kitchens,
living rooms, bedrooms, dining rooms etc. Use the 9"
wide blade. For stairs or restricted floors such as
cupboards, wardrobes, etc. Use the 5" blade.
To start the tool with
the
long
handle,
simply
pull
the
trigger. Release the
trigger to stop.
TRIGGER SWITCH
To start the tool without the
long handle, simply move the
switch to ON or OFF.
TOGGLE SWITCH
NOTE: The switch and other electrical part
specifications may differ from country to country.
CAUTION: Before plugging-in the tool, always check the
trigger switch. It should return to the OFF position when
released. The same verification applies to the switch.
