5.2.5.- EC Fan-Motor
WARNING:
The
main
disconnected before attempting any work to
the motor
a) Checking the electric motor consumption:
Open the terminal box of the motor
removing the 4 screws of the cap. By
means of a multimeter, check voltage and
current of each of the terminals. The
readings must be within the admissible
values for each motor.
b) Checking the electric motor fastening:
Check that the nuts of the screws for
fastening the motor are correctly tightened;
if they are not, tighten them.
c) Cleaning of the fan impeller: This operation
should be performed with pressurized air.
d) Checking the fan fastening: Check that the
nuts of the screws fastening the fan are
correctly tightened; if not, tighten them.
NOTE:

WARNING: Maintenance to the motor and fan
must be performed by official service from
EWK.
5.2.6.- Temperature sensors
a) Check and clean the internal temperature
sensors. To make this, proceed as follows:
1. Remove the top rail that holds the
evaporative pads.
2. Remove the evaporative pads.
3. Proceed to clean the sensors. If
needed, proceed to replace them.

ATTENZIONE : l'interruttore principale deve
essere sconnesso prima di svolgere qualsiasi
attività sul motore.
a) Verificare il consumo del motore : aprire la
morsettiera del motore rimuovendo le 4 viti
del coperchio. Utilizzando un multimetro,
controllare tensione ed intensità di ciascuna
delle prese. Le letture devono essere
all'interno del range di valori ammissibili per
ciascun motore.
b) Controllare
Verificare che i bulloni per il fissaggio del
motore siano correttamente serrati ; in caso
negativo stringerli.
c) Pulire le pale del ventilatore. Questa
operazione

d) Controllare il fissaggio del ventilatore :
controllare che i dadi delle viti di fissaggio
siano
negativo stringerli.

ATTENZIONE :la manutenzione dei motori e dei
ventilatori deve essere svolta da personale
tecnico EWK.
5.2.6.- Sonde di temperatura
a) Verificare e pulire le sonde di temperatura
interne. Per far ciò procedere come
segue:
1. Rimuovere la guida superiore che
mantiene il pannello evaporativo.
2. Rimuovere i pannelli evaporativi.
3. Procedere alla pulizia delle sonde. Se
necessario sostituirle.
