On one side of the kennel, unscrew the nut
on the clamp and insert the bolt into the
oval hole on the welded plate (3B). Loosely
re-attach the nut.

Repeat Step 3 on the opposite side. Once
both sides are attached, tighten the nuts
on each side. The top of the clamps should
be fl ush against the bottom of the top
kennel rails.

Elbows and Swedged Tubing

Gather (2) Upright Tubes with Clamps, (2)
Elbows and (2) Swedged Tubes.

Start on the outside of the kennel at either
the gate panel or rear panel. Take one
upright tube with clamp and, holding it at an
angle, slide the clamp onto the center of the
top rail of the panel (4A). The hole on the
clamp must be on the outside of the kennel.
Rotate the clamp so that the tube is vertical
and the clamp fi ts securely on the top rail
(4B). Loosely tighten the clamp in place
with the screw and repeat this step on the
opposite side of the kennel.

Insert one elbow into the open end of one
of the swedged tubes so that the arrow is
pointing up (4C). Move to the inside of the
kennel and fi t the swedged end of the tube
into the open end of one of the 28.5 inch
(72.3cm) tubes. Insert the other end of the
elbow into the upright tube with clamp.
4.
Repeat Step 3 on the opposite side. Once
the roof frame is assembled, check that
both upright tube clamps are centered on
the gate panel and rear panel of the kennel
(4D). Tighten the clamps using a Phillips
screwdriver.
