Sit in an upright position and relax.

Switch the compressor on.
The nebuliser will generate a visible mist
(aerosol).

Hold the mouthpiece between your teeth
and enclose it with your lips.

Breathe in through the mouthpiece as
calmly, deeply and evenly as possible.
