Fasten the TOP (D) to the ENDS (A and B). Use twelve BLACK

9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S) through the LIFT TABLE
MECHANISMS (23M) and into the holes in the ENDS.
NOTE: Be careful when lining up the holes in the MECHANISMS

with the holes in the ENDS as to not damage any parts.
