• Use the massage device for no more than 15
minutes, then allow it to cool down. You can
stop the massage at any time by pressing the key.
When the massage heads are switched off, make
sure they first return to their initial position in
the lower back area. An LED indicator then starts
to flash. Once it has returned to this position, the
device switches off.
• Do not unplug the device from the mains while
in operation. Always switch off the device and
wait a few moments for it to go back to the start-
ing position.
Vibration function
Select the vibration key [3] in succession for a
vibrating leg massage. This function with three
levels of intensity can be activated separately
from the shiatsu massage.
Problem
The massage heads are rotating slowly.
The massage heads are only rotating in the
upper or lower back.
The massage heads are not moving.

THE DISPOSAL OF WASTE
All the packaging is composed of materials that
pose no hazard for the environment and which
can be disposed of at your local sorting centre to
be used as secondary raw materials. The card-
board may be disposed of in a paper recycling
bin. The packaging film must be taken to your
local sorting and recycling centre.
When you have finished using the device, please
dispose of it in an environmentally friendly way
and in accordance with the law.

Heating function
The Relax Mass shiatsu seat cover has a heating
function for the 4 massage heads. To activate this
function, first press on the desired massage area
[5/6/7], followed by the heat key [8].
Demo mode
Press on the Demo key [4] to show the functions
of the Relax Mass seat cover.
MAINTENANCE
Storage
• Put the Relax Mass in its box and store in a dry
place.
• Avoid contact with sharp edges and other
pointed objects, which might cut or pierce the
fabric surface.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Cause
The massage heads are under excessive strain.
The massage has only been activated for a
certain area.
The device is not plugged in.
The device is not switched on.
The overheating protection system is activated;
the device is damaged.
LIMITED WARRANTY
LANAFORM guarantees this product against any
material or manufacturing defect for a period of
two years from the date of purchase, except in the
circumstances described below.
The LANAFORM guarantee does not cover
damage caused as a result of normal wear to
this product. In addition, the guarantee covering
this LANAFORM product does not cover damage
caused by abusive or inappropriate or incorrect
use, accidents, the use of unauthorized accesso-
ries, changes made to the product or any other
circumstance, of whatever sort, that is outside
LANAFORM's control.

• To prevent the power cable breaking at any
point, do not wind it around the cushion.
• Do not hang the cushion up by the manual
control lead or power cable.
Cleaning
• Unplug the cushion from the mains and wait a
few minutes before cleaning.
• Clean using a soft, slightly damp sponge.
• Never let water or any other liquid come into
contact with the cushion.
• Do not immerse in liquid to clean.
• Never use abrasive detergents, brushes or a
solvent to clean.
• Wait until the device is completely dry before
re-using.
Solution
Reduce massage pressure.
Press on the A+B/A/B keys to change/extend
the area.
Plug in the device and switch on.
Switch on the massage device by pressing on
the key. Select the area to be massaged.
Contact the retailer or a customer service point.
LANAFORM may not be held liable for any type of
circumstantial, indirect or specific damage.
All implicit guarantees relating to the suitability
of the product are limited to a period of two years
from the initial date of purchase as long as a copy
of the proof of purchase can be supplied.
On receipt, LANAFORM will repair or replace your
appliance at its discretion and will return it to
you. The guarantee is only valid through LANA-
FORM's Service Centre. Any attempt to maintain
this product by a person other than LANAFORM's
Service Centre will render this guarantee void.
