CHANGING YOUR FILTER
NOTE: It is recommended that all maintenance be done in the kitchen or bathroom on a water
resistant surface. Remove water tank from unit before moving.
The filter should be changed every 1-3 months depending on your water quality. Keep in mind, depending
on your water quality, mineral deposits can still clog or discolor the filter, affecting its life and that of the
humidifier.

WICKING FILTER MAINTENANCE
Wicking Filter performance will diminish depending on the mineral content of the water and the amount of airborne dust
in the environment.

Wicking Filter.
• A buildup of impurities and minerals on the Wicking Filter (evidenced by discoloration of the Wicking Filter)
• An appreciable decrease in Humidifier output
• The top of the Wicking Filter is not moist to the touch
