If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service
agent or similarly quali ed persons in order to avoid a hazard.
CAUTION: In order to avoid a hazard due to inadvertent resetting of the thermal
cutout, this appliance must not be supplied through an external switching device, such as
a timer, or connected to a circuit that is regularly switched on and o by the utility.
WARNING: In order to avoid overheating, do not cover the heater.
The heater must not be located immediately below a socket-outlet.
Do not use this heater in the immediate surroundings of a bath, a shower or a
swimming pool.
Do not use the heater unless the feet are correctly attached.
Ensure the power supply to the socket into which the heater is plugged is in accordance
with the rating label on the heater and that the socket is earthed.
Keep the mains lead away from the hot body of the heater.
Never place the heater where it may fall into a bathtub or other water container.
Do not use outdoor.
Do not cover or obstruct any of the heat outlet grilles or the air intake openings of the
heater.
Do not place the heater on carpets having a very deep pile.
Always ensure that the heater is placed on a rm level surface. Ensure that the heater is
not positioned close to curtains or furniture as this could create a re hazard.
Do not insert any object through the heat outlet or qir intake grilles of the heater.
Do not use the heater in areas where ammable liquids are stored or where ammable
fumes may be present.
Always unplug the heater when moving it from one location to another.
IMPORTANT Read these instructions fully before using the heater. Retain these
instructions for future reference.
3. HOW TO USE
OPERATION OF THE HEATER
NOTE : It is normal when the heaters are turned on for the rst time or when they are
turned on after having not been used for long period of time the heaters may emit some
smell and fumes. This will disappeare when the heater has been on a short while.
Choose a suitable location for the heater, taking inot account the safety instruction above.
Insert the plug of the heater into a suitable socket.
