Chapter III Installation and operation
Installation of handle:
1 ) Connect the upper and lower handles for installation.
2) Loosen the locating screw and insert the handle into the socket hole.
3) Tighten the locating screw to complete the handle installation.
Air bleeding:
1 ) Loosen the oil filler screw, but do not take out the screw(see Fig. 2).
2) Insert the handle into the socket hole(see Fig. 1).
3) Turn the handle counterclockwise(see Fig. 1)to open the oil return valve.
4) Turn the handle counterclockwise, and quickly press the handle for several times to discharge air from the oil circuit.
5) Tighten the oil filler screw(see Fig. 2).
Inspect the hydraulic oil level:
1 ) Take out the oil filler screw(see Fig. 2).
2) Inspect the hydraulic oil level. If the height difference from the oil filler exceeds 0.6 cm, add the hydraulic oil.
3) Mount the oil filler screw and tighten it.
Jacking operation:
1 ) Select a safe site, park the vehicle on a firm, flat and level surface and shut the engine off.
2) Turn the handle counterclockwise to lower the jack. After lowering the lifting arm to the lowest position, turn the handle clockwise
to close the oil return valve.
3) Carefully align the jack tray with the support point on the vehicle chassis(refer to the lifting locations specified in instructions
provided by the vehicle manufacturer).
4) Press the handle until the jack tray contacts with the support point on the vehicle chassis(Note: ensure that the jack tray fits well
with the support point on the vehicle chassis vertically before jacking; otherwise, it should be repositioned).
5) Repeatedly press the handle to raise the jack. Act steadily and slowly and press the handle to the end each time.
6) When the vehicle is jacked in place, place a matching jack bracket at proper locations to support the vehicle(Note: The jack
brackets should be purchased separately and used in pairs).
7) Turn the handle counterclockwise slowly to lower the jack until the support point of the vehicle chassis falls to the center of the
brackets in pairs, and then turn the handle clockwise to close the oil return valve.
Note:
Since the jacks come with pressure limiting devices, they are self-protected and will not work in case of vehicles over the
limiting tonnage
Lowering operation:
1 ) Clear and take out all the tools, parts etc. under the vehicle.
2) Carefully align the jack tray with the support point on the vehicle chassis. Turn the handle clockwise to lift the jack, and then take
out the jack brackets.
3) Turn the handle counterclockwise slowly(less than half a turn each time)to lower the vehicle to the ground.
4) Continue turning the handle counterclockwise until the jack comes to the lowest position.
