5. If you wish to use the light kit, remove three light
kit screws (GG) from the switch housing plate (J).
Locate the Blue and White wires in the switch
housing plate (J) labeled "FOR LIGHT" and remove
the plastic from these two wires. Connect the White
wire from the light kit fitter (E) to the White wire from
the switch housing plate (J). Connect the Black wire
from the light kit fitter (E) to the Blue wire from the
switch housing plate (J). Ensure that the connections
are secure for all wires.

Note:
If you do not wish to use the light kit, proceed to
the Using the Fan With No Light Kit Option section
of this manual.
6. Gently push the connected wires into the switch
housing plate (J). Guide the fan pull chain through
the slot on the light kit fitter (E) and attach the light kit
fitter (E) to the switch housing plate (J) using the light
kit screws (GG). Secure the screws with a Phillips
screwdriver.
