3. Apply Extension Jambs
Extension Jamb Application BEFORE Installation
(all Extension Jamb sizes)
• Ripping of Extension Jambs may be required to fit
nonstandard wall depths.
• Position Extension Jamb into dado on frame.
• Hold Extension Jamb firmly to avoid tipping and drill a
5/32" hole through Extension Jamb (if not predrilled).
• Fasten Extension Jambs to unit spacing fasteners
evenly, 12" to 16" apart.
• Fasten ends of Extension Jambs together as shown.
Extension Jamb Application AFTER Installation
