Possible Causes
There is a leak at some point of the
outlet circuit.
Worn check valve balls (3), seats (4) or
o-rings (5).
Air valve is stuck or dirty.
Check valve ball (3) severely worn and
wedged in seat (4).
Outlet valve clogged.
Clogged suction line.
Sticky or leaking valve balls (3).
Diaphragm (13) ruptured.
Suction line loose.
Diaphragm (13) ruptured.
Loose diaphragm shaft bolt (10).
Diaphragm (13) ruptured.
Loose diaphragm shaft bolt (10).
Damaged o-ring (11).
Worn air valve block (24), o-ring (23),
plate (32), pilot block (25), u-cups (26)
or pilot pin o-rings (29).
Posibles causas
Existe fuga en algún punto del circuito

Solution
Verify and tighten or repair.
Replace the worn items.
Disassemble and clean the air valve.
Replace ball (3) and seat (4).
Relieve pressure and clear valve.
Verify and clean the suction line.
Clean or replace.
Replace diaphragm (13).
Verify and tighten.
Replace diaphragm (13).
Tighten shaft bolt (10).
Replace diaphragm (13).
Tighten shaft bolt (10).
Replace o-ring (11).
Repair or replace.
Soluciones
