Do not remove or

adjust the safety valve. This valve
should be tested occasionally under
pressure (by hand pulling the ring).

freed the ring, or if the valve is
blocked and can not be actuated by

KNoB reGuLATor
1. The handle controls the air
pressure of a pneumatic tool or a
spray gun
2. Turn clockwise to increase the
pressure at the output.
3. To reduce the pressure at the
output, turn in a counterclockwise
direction.
4. Turn the knob fully
counterclockwise to close airflow.
Push the knob to lock.
TANK GAuGe
The gauge indicates the pressure in
the tank.

mAINTeNANCe
Unplug the power
WArNING:
cord and relieve pressure from
the system before installing,
repair, relocate or perform
any maintenance. Check the
compressor frequently and follow
maintenance procedures every time
the compressor is used.
1. Pull the ring of safety valve and
allow it to return to its original
position.
The safety valve
WArNING:
should be replaced if it can not be
actuated or if there are air leaks
after being released.
2. Turn off the compressor and
depressurize the system. Drain
any water when removing the drain
screw on the bottom of the tank.
3. Clean dirt from the engine, tank,
piping and fins of the pump while
the compressor is off.
Position the

compressor as far away from the
spray area to avoid blocking the
filter.
LuBrICATIoN
This compressor is an oil-free
equipment and does not require
lubrication to function.
THermAL proTeCTor
This compressor is
ATTeNTIoN:
equipped with an automatic thermal
protector which turns off the
engine if it overheats. If the thermal
protector off the motor frequently,
look for the following causes:
1. Low voltage
2. Air filter blocked
3. Lack of proper ventilation
Upon actuation of
ATTeNTIoN:
the thermal protector, motor should
cool down before you can go back
to work. The engine automatically
restarts work (without any warning)
if connected to the mains and the
button of the switch is in position
on.
