6.4 Problemas ocurridos durante el corte
Problem description
Cutter jam, the movable

6.5 Remover el papel atascado
Precaución:
No toque el cabezal justo después de imprimir pues está caliente y puede
quemarlo.
Si la cubierta superior se puede abrir:
1)Apague la impresora y presione el botón de apertura.
2)Remueva el papel atascado, reinstale el rollo, y cierre la cubierta.
Si el atasco ocurrio durante el corte no se va a poder abrir la cubierta, así que abra la tapa del
cortador como se muestra abajo.
1) Apague la impresora y abra el compartimiento del cortador.
2) Gire el mando hasta que el cortador retorne a la posición normal (tip tag).
3) Cierre la tapa del cortador.
4) Abra la cubierta superior y retire el papel atascado.
