6 Detección de problemas
Su impresora es muy confiable, sin embargo en ocasiones se pueden producir problemas. En este
capítulo se ofrece información sobre algunos problemas comunes que pueden surgir y cómo
resolverlos. Si se encuentra con problemas que no puede resolver, póngase en contacto con su
distribuidor para asistencia

Solution
Connecting the power supply
Turn on the printer

work normally
Close the printer cover
Reload the roll paper

Use recommended thermal roll paper
