22 Converter PCB module KPM
5.1.1 Assembly in the SGB without mounting plate
For SGB boilers with existing fastening holes, the converter PCB module
KPM can be fitted directly to the electrics panel without an additional
mounting plate.
1. Remove the front casing.
2. Open the controller cover.
3. Detach the fasteners and fold the boiler control panel forward.
4. Remove the front casing cover.
5. Remove the middle casing cover (SGB 125-300 only).
6. Fasten the converter PCB module KPM to the electrics panel with two
3.9 x 13 tapping screws.
7. Install the cable set connection lines in the cable twist ties for the ISR
LMS controller.
8. Connect them in line with the connecting diagram (see reference
below).

5.1.2 Assembly in the SGB with mounting plate
For SGB boilers without special fastening holes, the converter PCB
module KPM must be fitted to the electrics panel with the mounting plate
included in the standard delivery.
1. Remove the front casing.
2. Open the controller cover.
3. Detach the fasteners and fold the boiler control panel forward.
4. Remove the front casing cover.
5. Remove the middle casing cover (SGB 125-300 only).
