The device only heats up if the fluid temperature drops below 10°C (to keep the towel-
dryer frost free).
It is possible to activate the 2-hour timer.
² Moderate mode
The fluid temperature is regulated to around 40°C in order to provide a mild surface
temperature.
² Normal mode, full power :
The device runs at fullpower for maximum heating and drying.
The fluid temperature is regulated to around 70°C.
3.1.2 - Forced Mode function, Push Button (2)
Forced mode :
Pressing once activates the 2-hour forced mode (at 70°C) then it returns to the original
position. To interrupt forced mode before the allotted time, you need only press the push
button a second time.
Programming the TIMER :
This function enables the user to program a forced period that is repeated every
24 hours, with a half-hour anticipation for the first. So the first forced period only lasts
1 hr 30 minutes (as opposed to 2 hrs for a normal forced period), and the subsequent
periods last 2 hrs.
Pressing and holding (for around 10 seconds) at time T will activate the 2-hour timer
every day at the same time with a half-hour anticipation (T-30 minutes)
Example:
The user activates the TIMER function at 7 o'clock in the morning on day D. The product is
regulated for 1 hr 30 minutes to around 70°C, and then is regulated normally to the
selected setting. On day D+1, the product automatically goes into forced mode at 0630 hrs
until 0830 hrs, and this set-up is repeated on the following days.
Note : the TIMER function can only be activated from the stand by, moderate mode or
normal mode positions.
Selecting the shutdown function, or any power cut, will cancel the programming function
(You will then need to reprogram the TIMER function).
3.1.3 - The two-coloured GREEN and RED LED (3)
This indicates the operating mode.
The GREEN LED :
² Is lit when the switch is not at "SHUTDOWN" and the product is heating up.
² Is lit when the switch is not at "SHUTDOWN" and the product is not heating up.
