4.7 PROGRAMMING FIXED TIME OPERATION (control panel clock – only for Silenya HT Top models)
The control panel is equipped with a relay (R1) which can be used as load control via telephone or to activate/deactivate a specific function, for
example, switching lights on and off at a programmed time. The user can enter and change as desired the starting and ending time of the
operation. By pressing ESC, "TIME ON" and "TIME OFF" are displayed. Enter hours and minutes ON and confirm with ↵ , then enter hours and
minutes OFF and confirm with ↵ , then activate the function by pressing ↑ . An "H" should appear on the display to confirm activation.
4.8 – REMOTE MANAGEMENT
If the installer has the appropriate TELESERVICE modem, he can check the control panel by telephone and even perform operations on the
panel, including analysing and resolving any problems without having to be at the site. By observing the control panel, the user can verify the
operations in progress via the display but must not intervene during the connection in order to avoid interferences.
The connection is implicitly authorised by the user who automatically connects the control panel to the modem of the installer by pressing for
more than 5 seconds the key with the adjustable spanner. The control panel downloads data to the installer who can verify the events memory
and/or can intervene on the control panel itself where necessary. A download of data alone can be performed repeatedly (e.g. once a week)
even in the absence of the installer at his site; however, if other operations are required, the installer must be at his site with the TELESERVICE
modem so as to operate "directly online".
Note: It is also possible for the installer to connect automatically to the customer's control panel via an access code (see" PC REMOTE MANG"
menu) programmed at the time of installation. This type of intervention covers sensitive areas and responsibilities since connection performed in
this manner temporarily disarms the system, although this is essential for resolving problems in the absence of the user. The manufacturer does
not accept any responsibility in this matter and advises the user and installer to come to a prior agreement in writing as to the use of the remote
management in the absence of the user, who can in any case stop such a connection at any time by deleting the installer's access code.
5.0 – HOME AUTOMATION OPERATIONS
"Guide" message no. 7 This message is heard automatically when calling the control panel. It must be recorded by the installer so as to
remind the user how to perform externally the controls which have been programmed. The control panel allows for various function which
cannot be fully described since they depend on the needs of the customer and the ability of the installer to maximise the device in the location in
which it is installed.
5.1 – Phone call to the control panel on PSTN line (dialling the number of the PSTN line used)
N.B. The reply to the incoming calls on the PSTN line is subject to the presence of the guide message no. 7 and/or presence of the Remote
management access code. The operation is performed as follows:
Call the control panel and hang up after two rings, then call again. The control panel will answer with the guide message or a sound signal is no
message has been recorded. After having listened to the message, enter on the telephone the user code followed by # and proceed as follows:
Arming/disarming: enter 0 # for control panel status. A vocal reply (if recorded) is given.
In order to fully arm the control panel, enter 0 ∗ 1 #, to arm only zones A+B enter 0 ∗ 2 # , to disarm enter 0 ∗ 0 # . A vocal reply is
given and if the control panel has a GSM module, an SMS message will also be received to confirm the operation.
Internal relay control: by entering 20 ∗ 1 # relay R1 is activated and, depending on the configuration, is able to override the control
set via the
clock. Deactivate by entering 20 ∗ 0 #. Enter 21 ∗ 1 # to activate the other relay R2, to which another electric load can be connected;
deactivate by entering 21 ∗ 0 #. These relays can be activated/deactivated/controlled only in certain installation configurations,
therefore, this aspect should be discussed with the installer.
Enter 20 # to check the status of R1. 3 sounds (bep-bep-bep) mean that the relay is active – 1 sound (bep) means that it ideactivated.
Enter 21 # to check R2 in the same way.
Enter a number between 1 and 16, followed by ∗ 1 # to send 1-16 activation radio commands to local receivers 5540-41-42.
Enter a number between 1 and 16, followed by ∗ 0 # to send 1-16 deactivation radio commands to local receivers 5540-41-42.
