INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Thread mounting screws (#18) into the match holes in the mounting bar (#15)
2. Attached the mounting bar (#15) to the outlet box (#20) using two outlet box screws
(#17). the sides of crossbar marked "GND" must face out.
3. Connect the white wire from the fixture to the white wire from the outlet box (#20)
and the black wire from the fixture to the black wire from the outlet box (#20). cover
the two wire connections using the two provided wire connectors (#14). wrap the two
wire connections with electrical tape for a more secure connection. if your outlet box
has a ground wire (green or bare copper), connect fixture's ground wire to it using the
wire connector (#14). otherwise connect the copper ground from the fixture to ground
screw (#16) on the mounting bar (#15). Note: If you have electrical questions, consult
your local electrical code for approved grounding methods.
4. After wires are connected, tuck them carefully inside outlet box. mount ceiling pan
(#12) allowing for the mounting screws (#18) to protrude through the hole on ceiling
pan (#12), then secure with ball nuts (#19).
