INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Attach the Crossbar (#2) to the outlet box using the two outlet box screws (#1).
The side of the Crossbar (#2) marked "GND" must face out.
2. Thread the two mounting screws (#3) into the pre-drilled holes in the Crossbar (#2)
spaced the same distance apart as the holes in the Canopy (#4).
3. At this point, while holding the canopy (#4) toward the ceiling, connect the white
wire from the fixture to
the black wire from the fixture to
(#8). Cover the two wire connections using the two provided wire connectors (#5).
Wrap the two wire connections with electrical tape for a more secure connection.
If your outlet has a ground wire (green or bare copper), connect fixture's ground
wire to it using the Wire Connector (#5). Otherwise connect fixture's ground wire
directly to the ground screw (#7) on the Crossbar
questions, consult your local electrical code for approved grounding methods.
4. After wires are connected, mount the body of the fixture on the ceiling by aligning
the protruding Mounting Screw (#3) all the way through the holes on the canopy
(#4). Be careful not to pinch any of the wires between the fixture and the outlet
box (#8). Tighten the fixture to the wall by screwing the two cap nut (#6) onto the
