5. Battery
Do not puncture batteries or throw them in
fire as they may explode. Do not attempt
to recharge non-rechargeable batteries
accordance with local regulations. Keep

Sensor
1. Open the battery compartment and insert three AAA batteries
according to the correct polarity.
2. Close the battery compartment.
Receiver
1. Open the battery compartment and insert three C batteries
according to the correct polarity.

Note
The receiver can also be powered using a 5 VDC, 200 mA power
supply.
6. Installation
1. Choose the installation spot considering the following:
o Make sure that there is no hidden wiring which could be
sectioned when drilling holes.
o The PIR sensor detects heat. Avoid aiming the sensor towards
the sun, spotlights and heat-producing devices such as
radiators and heaters.
