18. Open Legs and lock all 4 hinges by pulling out on hinges. See figure 8. Attach two Rubber Bumpers (#25) to angled side of each leg as
shown in Figure 8. Insert Screw (#24) through Rubber Bumper (#25) and into pilot hole in leg. Tighten tight but to not over tighten
causing screws to strip.
