How to use the pasta attachments
1. If you want to use the pasta attachments
to roll out the dough to the desired thickness.
2. Insert the pasta attachment into the machine (see fig.
3. Switch on the food processor and turn the speed control to speed 1; the
rollers start to rotate.
4. Pass the flattened dough through the fettuccine attachment

The rollers will cut the dough into the desired shape.
NOTES!
Before cooking the pasta, it may be stored for up to 4 hours.

The cooking time for fresh pasta dough (al dente) is rather short. In boiling
