MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
Before performing cleaning and maintenance
work, place the appliance on a flat surface, unplug
the power cord and relieve any water pressure.
To ensure a trouble-free and long service life, comply
with these instructions:
1. Wash the water and high-pressure hoses, lances and
remaining accessories before assembling them;
2. Clean dust and sand from the couplings;
3. Clean the nozzle regularly;
Water inlet filter cleaning
Clean the water inlet filter regularly: once a month or
more often according to use.
1. Carefully loosen the hose connector, where the filter
is situated;
2. Remove the filter;
3. Wash the filter until it is completely clean;
4. Reinsert the water inlet filter into the hose connector
and fit it into the high-pressure washer;
The water inlet filter must always be fitted inside the
water inlet pipe to filter out sand and other impurities,
as they will damage the pump valves.
Nozzle cleaning
A clogged spray nozzle (17) causes a significant
reduction in water flow, causing the washer's motor to
run intermittently. When it happens, act as follows:
1. Turn the high-pressure washer off by setting the
ON/OFF switch to OFF position (3) and unplug the
power cord (10) from the socket;
2. Close the water supply tap;
3. Press the gun trigger (15) to release the water
pressure;
4. Remove the lance;
5. Set the adjustable nozzle to narrow spray position
(turn the nozzle (18) counterclockwise all the way).
This opens up the blades;
6. Use the supplied cleaning needle. Insert the needle
inside the nozzle hole and move it forwards and
backwards until the nozzle is unclogged;
7. Tap the lance vertically until the debris come out at
the opposite end of the nozzle;
It is important that the nozzle is regularly inspected and
cleaned, using the supplied needle.
Changing pump oil
Pressure washer's water pumps need relatively low oil
maintenance.
However, in case of leak, stop the appliance
immediately and call technical assistance to repair the
appliance.
Cleaning and storage
Cleaning
Clean the washer after each use. Careful handling
protects the power tool and extends its service life.
Storage
The appliance should be stored in a dry place, especially
in winter, to avoid damages cause by ice.
1. After stopping the washer, remove all water from the
pump, press the gun trigger (15) until there's no
water coming out of the nozzle (17);
2. Disassemble high-pressure hoses, gun and lances;
3. Drain the water from all accessories and use a cloth
to clean hoses' external parts and other accessories,
4. Clean the water inlet filter and nozzle;
5. Put the cover on the water inlet filter (1);
6. Store the appliance in a clean and dry place;
