5C. ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION POWERFOIL D, POWERFOIL BREEZE
Complete all steps in the fan Electrical Installation instructions included with the main fan unit in addition to the
steps below. Do not apply power and test the VFD until all electrical installation steps are complete.
Install Quick Connect Tabs on Power Wiring Terminal Block
Remove the VFD housing cover
to access the VFD (six screws,
5/16" [8 mm] socket).
Install Terminals on Power Wires and Reconnect Wires
Loosen the cord
grip to remove the
power wires from
the terminal block.
1/4" Two-Tab Male
Quick Connect
Tighten the cord
grip when fi nished
connecting the wires.
12–10 AWG Female Quick
Disconnect Terminal
Power Wires
Black or Brown
Red or Black
White or Gray
Terminals
