Stairs
Notice:
The machine must only be transported
over stairs by two persons.
• Switch off the machine.
• Remove the plug from the mains socket.
Attention:
Lifting the machine can be dangerous un-
der any circumstances!
Stumbling may cause personal injuries or
machine damage.
• Operate the adjusting lever and bring
the machine into the transport posi-
tion.
• Fold the steel guide bar forwards un-
til it lies on the motor cover.
Lifting the machine
Variant A:
• To lift the machine, one person grips
the machine at the handle and the
other person takes the back of the
housing.

Variant B:
• To lift the machine, grip the machine
at the handle and at the back of the
housing.

End of operation
• Release the operating lever.
• Stop the machine by switching the
main switch off (Off = 0).
• Remove the plug from the mains socket.
Attention:
The machine must now be emptied and
cleaned. Switch off the machine (main
switch) and remove the plug from the
mains socket.
Removing and cleaning the pad
• To lift the pad, push the foot lever
downwards until it engages.
• Bring the machine into the pad
changing position.
• Remove the pad fixation (1) and the
pad (2).

• Place the pad fixation onto the driv-
ing disc again.
• Bring the machine into the parking
position.
• Clean the main cord with a damp cloth and roll the cord
loosely around the machine handle and cable hook.
Notice:
Suck off the dust on the pad or clean it un-
der running water.
Attention:
Do not tumble-dry the pad!
