STEPS:
Ensure Spacers are FULLY inserted!
1 . Insert Axle A fully into one Wheel
Wheel locks into place . Test by pulling gently out on Wheel .
2 . Insert the Axle/Wheel assembly through Rear Frame
3 . Insert other Wheel fully onto Axle while pushing IN on Locking Tab
locks into place . Test by pulling gently out on Wheel .
