greasing and wiping your crepe maker. Please read these instructions carefully as they provide tips for optimum results.

Conditions of use
Before using for the first time, wash pad ATE1 with a damp sponge and cleaning wipes ATE2 with clean water.
Do not use any wipes besides those intended for the purpose by Krampouz.
Allow the pad to cool before changing the wipe.
Do not use above 250 °C.
Do not leave the pad on a hotplate during cooking.

Step 1. Pivot the top of the pad clockwise to open the stainless steel base claws. Step 2. Position the 2 ends of the wipe (or wipes) in the
stainless steel base claws. Step 3. Pivot the top of the pad counterclockwise to fix the pad wipe.

Seasoning time: 1 to 1½ hours
For the first 4 layers: pour 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil onto the plate. Spread uniformly using the pad. Allow to dry until there is no more
smoke: 5 to 10 minutes.

layer: pour ½ teaspoon of vegetable oil onto the plate. Spread uniformly using the pad. Allow to dry until there is no
more smoke: 5 to 10 minutes.
Last layer: pass the pad over the plate without adding fat.
End result: seasoning which looks like varnish, light chestnut in colour.
For the first run, between each crêpe, grease the newly based plate well.
• Greasing and wiping the plate
When making crêpes, the pad is recommended for greasing and wiping residue on the plate.
Maintenance, limits of use and guaranty
• Cleaning wipes
Clean the wipe with clean water after use.
Replace the wipe when it shows signs of wear.
Replace wipe according to the shelf life of foods wiped.
• Pad
Clean the pad with a moist sponge after use.
Do not put in the dishwasher; do not immerse.
Cleaning pad ATE1 is guaranteed for 2 years, excluding consumables, misuse, dropping and exposure to excessive heat.
USER INSTRUCTIONS FOR PAD ATE1 AND CLEANING WIPES ATE2

Seasoning setting
250 °C temperature setting. Begin seasoning at temperature.
Set the lever to position 6. Begin seasoning at temperature.
Pre-heat on position 8 (large flame) for 6 minutes and then set the lever to 2 (small flame) for 4
minutes. Conduct seasoning on position 2.
